Heated & Cooled Pool

Our pool is both heated and cooled and is configured to maintain the temperature between 82 and 94 degrees between 9am and 9pm. This means that the heater will first start up at 9am and if the water is below 82F degrees it'll start heating it and will stop once it hits that temperature. Depending on the weather conditions this may happen in the morning, later in the afternoon, or in some cases it may be too cold to ever reach . On hot days the water temperature will rise above 94 degrees and many people will no longer enjoy being in the pool at those temperatures so that's when our heater becomes a cooler and tries to keep the temperature from rising above that level. We personally love a 93 degree pool but 95 or 96 is too warm. If you want the pool heated November through February reach out and we can discuss but extra fees would be required.

The weather in the Coachella Valley is great for enjoying the pool but whenever the temperature changes dramatically from one day to the next there is a good chance of a wind storm blowing sand everywhere in its path. This mostly occurs in the fall and spring and carries the potential of making a mess of the pool until the next pool cleaning day. We have a pool net in the garage that you can use to clean out debris from the surface but no vacuum to clean out the sand between our regular pool maintenance.

While enjoying our pool, please pay special attention to the following pool safety rules. Even with this rules, you use the pool at your own risk, you and your other guests are responsible for your own safety.
