Patio & Pool
Private outdoor oasis: swimming pool, loungers, BBQ, shaded dining, outdoor TV, and lounge seating. Heat + cool on the pool — target comfort window, no extra charge (see Fine Print). About 1.7 miles from the polo fields.
Living & Entertainment
Open living sized for the group: reclining sectional (about 8 seats), 65" Frame TV with Sonos / Dolby Atmos, pool table, and arcade machines. Multi-room audio keeps the house easy. Family room zone adds a 2-player Xbox with Game Pass.
Kitchen & Dining
Full kitchen. Dining for 8 at the table (+ 2 at the bar). Family/dining area includes a TV and seating options for meals and game nights.
Bedrooms & Work
All four bedrooms have adjustable king beds, large TVs, and desks. Master ensuite. Office bedroom: full workstation (sit/stand desk, monitor, ergonomic chair). East and West kings each support an optional rollaway twin in the closet; additional twin rollaways can stage in living when Host confirms setup. Sleeps 12.
The Yard & Valley
North-yard space beyond the pool patio for relax or play. Quiet Indio neighborhood; Palm Springs area, golf, hiking / Joshua Tree, and Coachella / Stagecoach within easy reach.

Amazon Echo and kitchen smart panel — built-in cameras disabled in software and covered with a hardware lens cover.
Yard Access
Weekly lawn maintenance (usually Monday around noon), pool service Tue/Fri (often as early as 7am), and Friday garbage pickup. Concierge handles cans so you do not have to.
Bugs & Wind
Monthly pest control greatly reduces bugs, but this is the valley — we cannot eliminate them entirely. Dramatic temperature swings can bring wind and sand, especially in fall and spring, which may mess the pool until the next cleaning.
Pool Heating & Cooling
Our pool is both heated and cooled and is configured to maintain the temperature between 82 and 94 degrees between 9am and 9pm (at no additional charge). The heater starts at 9am; if water is below 82°F it heats until it hits target. Weather can delay or prevent reaching 82°. On hot days, cooling aims to keep water from rising above 94°.
Pre-Checkin Requirements
As required by the City of Indio: information for every guest 18+, primary guest photo ID, and all vehicles — via Online Check-in Form before check-in. Accept the rental agreement covering House Rules (see /house-rules).
Patio Access Alarms
All doors to the pool area have pool-guard alarms. Bypass buttons are placed beyond young children’s reach. Brief learning curve; safety comes first.
