Home devices
A smart home control panel near the kitchen operates Sonos. Its built-in camera is disabled via software and has a hardware lens cover.
Yard Access
Weekly lawn maintenance (usually Monday around noon) and pool service Tue/Fri (often as early as 7am).
Bugs & Wind
Monthly pest control greatly reduces bugs, but this is the valley — we cannot eliminate them entirely. Dramatic temperature swings can bring wind and sand.
Pool Heating
Our pool can be heated — please check with us on the details. We provide a utility allowance; depending on usage and time of year, additional fees may be required.
House rules
Quiet hours 9pm Sun–Thu / 10pm Fri–Sat · no pets · no smoking · checkout 11am. Pool safety / door alarms apply. Smart panel camera disabled.
Patio Access Alarms
All doors to the pool area have pool-guard alarms for everyone’s safety, especially children.
