55" 4-player arcade — free play, thousands of games. Gamers loft: Xbox Series X + Game Pass on a 65" 4K TV — local multiplayer for up to four. Dual-mic karaoke + JBL speaker available for party nights.
Kitchen & Dining
Full kitchen. Table seats 8 (+ 3 at bar); TV trays expand into living room when the whole crew eats together.

Pets
Pet-friendly. Fee is $50 per day per pet.
Home control
Guests get a home-control device for thermostats, color lighting, hot tub, and arcade. Built-in camera is disabled in software and has a hardware lens cover.
Yard Access
Weekly lawn maintenance (usually Monday around noon), pool service Tue/Fri (often as early as 7am), and Monday garbage pickup. Concierge handles cans.
Bugs & Wind
Monthly pest control greatly reduces bugs, but this is the valley — we cannot eliminate them entirely. Dramatic temperature swings can bring wind and sand.
Pool Heating
Our heating swimming pool is configured to maintain 82 degrees between 9am and 9pm (at no additional charge). Heater starts at 9am; weather may delay or prevent reaching 82°.
Pre-Checkin Requirements
As required by the City of Indio: information for every guest 18+, primary guest photo ID, and all vehicles — via Online Check-in Form before check-in. Accept the rental agreement covering House Rules (see /house-rules).
Patio Access Alarms
All doors to the pool area have pool-guard alarms for everyone’s safety, especially children.
